OPEX Webinar: Walk the Job: Building a Safer Worksite Through Shared Understanding

Walk the Job is about making sure everyone, from permit writers to craftworkers, knows the plan, understands the risks, and agrees on how the work will be done safely. Many incidents happen because someone missed a step, didn’t ask a question, or assumed someone else had it covered.

During this webinar, attendees will learn more about the latest initiative from AFPM, with support from the Health and Safety Council, called Walk the Job. This presentation will walk through six steps for an effective joint job walkdown, share existing resources, company practices and hear insight into the future development of this initiative.
