OPEX Webinar: Get the Right Tools to Walk the Line!

June 12 | 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT

Empowering frontline workers with the right tools at the right time is important for operational success. AFPM’s Walk the Line (WTL) program is a practice sharing program designed to provide tools and resources to help operations understand the current operating state of the plant to help prevent loss of primary containment.  The program is built on three foundational pillars:

  • Operating Culture
  • Operational Continuity through Operational Discipline
  • Operational Readiness

Each year, the WTL Workshop focuses on one of these key pillars. For 2025, the spotlight is on “Getting the Right Tools to the Right People”—ensuring that frontline teams have the resources, technology, and support needed to make informed decisions.

What to Expect in This Webinar:

  • Program Overview: Get an in-depth look at AFPM’s Walk the Line program and how to leverage the WTL Toolbox for your facility.
  • Leadership Insights: Hear from Lawrence Moreaux, an industry leader from LyondellBasell, on the role of WTL tools in supporting frontline workers and strengthening operational discipline.
  • Practical Resources: Explore key tools like the WTL self-assessment tool, the Return to Operations Checklist, and other resources designed to help frontline workers.
